I hope you pay sincere attention to this note from the Finance Department.
It has been increasingly hard to track the bank transfers you make to our KCB account. Any transfer you make online or you pay cash/cheque from another bank into our account SHOULD bear your STUDENT ID number. This will enable us to track and allocate your payment instantly. We will send you a receipt as soon as we get the payment, or else you may obtain a receipt from Accounts Dept 4-5 days after your transfer. This will invariably avoid the delay in releasing your results, and we having to chase you for your payment.
Please inform your friends/classmates of this procedure and help us to avoid unnecessary delays.
If you need to notify us of any transfer made, you may mail to davis@kensingtoncoll.ac.uk with your student ID.
Just to remind you that cash, cheque or card payment made at the Accounts Dept directly by minimises these hassles to a great extent.
